I bring over 30 years of experience as a Counselor to my work with adults ages 24 and older. I provide both individual and group work. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina.  The focus of my practice is trauma, anxiety and depression with adults.

NVC  Practice Group

Using NVC Dance Floors  This is not group therapy.  This is an interactive group designed to support you in the                                                       practice of Nonviolent - Compassionate Communication.  We engage in a variety of game                                               structures including the  NVC  Dance Floors to deepen the application of self compassion                                               and compassion towards others in our everyday lives.
